Q3. Is the hair virgin hair,Can the hair dyed or bleached?

A:Yes, for sure it is pure human hair, can be dyed, curled, straighted, iron flatted and bleached as your own hair.

Q4.How long take delivery? 

A:We ship the parcel by Fedex, DHL. Normally need about 2~3 workdays to USA. 3~4 workdays to UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.

Q5.What is your payment terms? 

A:Dear, we accept western union, money gram ,TT and paypal. If you pay via western union or money gram, pls kindly check send us the MTCN. 
We also need your receiver name, address, phone number, zip code, email, so that we can delivery our hair for you at first time when we receive your full payment

Q6. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?

A: It is payment security problem, please check with your bank why they block payment on alibaba.

Q7. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund? 

A: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for alibaba to process the refund.

Q8. What is your Returns/Exchange policy? 

A: If the hair have problems,you can return it within 7 days after received.But must insure all the hair is unused.Used hair could not be returned or exchange.
